We couldn't be happier with Ray's service and the quality of pools offered. We bought the 33' Mediterranean and it is very well made. Even the liner, pump, and filter system are excellent products that you can tell are high quality. I was kinda worried buying a set but Ray's materials are legit!!

Best of all, we got to buy this pool locally rather than an online retail giant. Ray is clearly passionate about Above Ground Pools and it showed. He gave me tremendous amounts of advice, tips and showed me options to make the installation easier. Highly recommend a floor drain for larger pools, and consider a Resin top rail if you get the salt system. Ray is the man, highly recommend checking out this company!!

We purchased this pool from Florida Coast over the summer, the 18x33 Mediterranean with a salt system. It took us a while to find an installer. Some wouldn’t respond to calls and others even after you talked to them never call back with an install date or show up for appointments. Luckily, our neighbor was installing at the same time and he found a great guy. We were very happy with our pool and installer. The salt system works great and so far it has been pretty easy to keep the pool clean and balanced. Our installer commented on the good quality of the pool we chose, which also made us feel like we picked the right place to purchase. I hope to have many years of enjoyment.
Update: We have had this pool for just over a year now. Two thing’s I thought I would like to mention to perspective buyers. We had to order a part for the pool that we damaged accidentally and during that process contacted Wilbar and found that the pool is actually manufactured in Canada and that is where parts will ship from. They are expensive and the shipping is also expensive. I did contact Florida Coast Above Ground Pools who said he might be able to get a better price. He asked me to send him a text with my information which I did, but I never got a response back from him. This was also an issue when we were trying to purchase the pool, but I just assumed it was during Covid and that was why. He does answer when you call, but follow up after that from his side was lacking. Also, when we purchased the pool we paid extra for a salt system which was Pool Tux. That system has since stopped working. I have had to deal with Solaxx, which is the company that handles the warranty service and they are lacking in concern and follow up as well. They sent us a new salt cell because the system just constantly kept re-booting. They told us, only because I had read their reviews and asked, that it would take 3 weeks to ship (they are in Boca Raton.) At week 4 after another follow up call, the replacement salt cell came, but it was not the issue apparently so I went through the whole RMA process again the get the new part that was rebooting and have not received word on an RMA yet. I was told it would be at least two weeks more to get that part, but even with a follow up email to Jean at Solaxx, I have not received a response. I would avoid purchasing the salt system if that is the brand they are still using. One year of a working salt system is unacceptable. Just purchase your own and get a more reliable brand.
Update 2: I did eventually get a new power supply from Solaxx, the whole process took w months start to finish. It lasted about 8 months which happened to be exactly 2 years after the original install date of the first power supply. Wouldn’t power up and Solaxx said tough luck, but we’ll sell you another for 40% off ($500+ dollars0, but you can actually buy it cheaper somewhere else. They love their customers! Also, at almost year 2, the pool pump bearings went and we have had to replace that as well.

Great customer service! Love our new Caspian pool! Ray was awesome and answered all our questions! Installer was awesome as well! Had pool up and running in 5 hours!

I contacted Ray several times to get a new pool installed. He did not show interest on taking the job. Took us around circles and ignored our questions. If he does not want to take on the project all he has to do is say so instead of wasting people's time.
