This joke of a company deserves zero stars! Avoid at all costs! Many options in Brevard that are legitimate trustworthy professionals! Trust me! Read the other bad reviews!
Allow me to break it down for you. I called Tuesday at 1:28pm looking for an estimate for a pool. It was explained to me that I had to come in first and then you would come out to look at the job. You could have easily scheduled an appointment with me as you had me on the phone! You told me to come in Thursday anytime before lunch and bring a copy of my survey. I did EXACTLY what I was asked to do! My time is very limited! After taking time out of my day to drive 30 miles one way, I walk in Thursday morning at 9:25am with a copy of my survey in hand just like I was asked to do. One lady asked if I had an appointment, I explained to her the conversation I had Tuesday over the phone with her coworker and I was told to come in anytime before noon. The other lady told me someone already scheduled an appointment and I would have to cone back after lunch. What a joke! Is this what they call professionalism? Is this the way to treat potential customers looking to drop 80-90k on a pool? It seems to be an act of congress just to get a simple estimate. I don’t have the time to play ring around the rosie! I called 2 other companies and it was a pleasant experience, they actually scheduled an appointment and came out to the house to look at the job!

The pool preparation and installation went outstanding. The only issue was the elite roof installation that has still failed to be corrected. Everyone at Best Pools were professional and very proactive in addressing our questions and concerns. Thank you for an awesome pool installation.

Best pools is a home grown local pool contractor. They know each of their crews personally and don't hire the next available people. Their workers seem very pleased to work for Best Pools and do the best job. They are professional, friendly, clean with their work, and will answer the hundreds of questions you have regarding installing your pool. I'd recommend to anyone looking

Best pools did a terrific job on our pool. Their prices were competetitve, workmanship top notch, they were a delight to deal with, and honestly, I am very glad we chose them to do our pool. Of course there were minor set backs, every contractor has them, it is expected, but they dealt with them in a professional and efficient manner. I highly recommend Best Pools for your new pool!

We had our pool made from best pools years ago. They’re always there for when we need them. There’s a guy named Rick that comes and is very knowledgeable about Pool. He’s very helpful. Kind a real customer service person thanks Rick. You’re the best.
