FLOOD PROS IS THE BEST! Soon after Hurricane Ian devastated the area just south of us, we had a toilet tank leak. The house was vacant and for sale, and the water ran for about 7-10 days until it was noticed in the evening of Saturday Oct 8. A search of restoration companies came up with a lot of companies, We called the first 2 and they could not come to our property for a full month!!! When we called Flood Pros we talked directly with the owner, Joe, who was able to send people over that night. Without Flood Pros the damage to our house would have been so much greater, but they spent hours on restoration and stopped the damage from getting worse.

Flood Pros tore out the soaked cabinets and wall board throughout the entire house, and set up fans to dry the studs before the water was able to destroy the entire house and mold was able to set in.

They came back the next several days and had to take everything out of the house to prevent mold growth. They documented the damage and helped calm our nerves, which were pretty well shot due to the traumatic flood damage.

If Flood Pros had not been there for us our house would have had to endure standing water for a month. They literally saved our house from further damage and becoming a total loss.

In the attached photos it is hard to see, but the ENTIRE downstairs is flooded. Everywhere there is either standing water or water under the floor boards. If we had had to wait for another company the water would have wicked up the walls and potentially could have completely destroyed our entire house.

All throughout the time the people at Flood Pros, from the workers all the way up to Joe the owner acted in a professional and caring manner. We cannot say enough about the fantastic service the provided to us. Very highly recommend!!!

Horrible communication is so bad when your want them to get something done, than I got an invoice for $945 which was agreed upon before they started the work they tryed to turn around and send me a different invoice for $1900, !!????!!! Scammy

Last week my Mom had a significant amount of water leaking in her condo due to a busted hot water heater in the vacant condo upstairs. We immediately called Flood Pros & Juan dispatched a technician who assessed the situation, detected the obvious & unseen water/moisture behind walls & ceilings & promptly went to work to extract as much water as possible before setting up fans & equipment to dry out all of the areas. The following few days, Juan came out to monitor the moisture & reposition equipment as needed. They didn't retrieve their equipment until they were certain that all of the wet areas were dry. We highly recommend Flood Pros USA, Juan & his crew. We are forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and above all their integrity! We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I was blown away with how well they communicated every part of the process with me. The work was done quickly and efficiently. And the staff was kind, and professional. Would like to personally thank the 2 woman and the young man that helped ease my anxiety with all of my personal belongings being packed and put away. 10/10 would recommend this company for water damage repair.
