John Shallcross from the Parrish office Is the technician that has been out helping us with drying out the damage and communicating clearly. He gets 5 stars all around!! The office has kept him informed as they navigated to clarify information from our AC company regarding coverage or lack of coverage for repairs and he has shared the information clearly and with the utmost respect and care. He listened to us well and represented our concerns to his office.

SHAWN L has truly been a blessing to my wife and I. He has came and conquered our home water leak that flooded us out. he was always polite, very hard working, and always kept us up to date of what he has done. This man needs to be recognized for being a huge asset to Expert Water Removal. if anyone has an issue, call them first. you will not be dissatisfied in any way. ask for Shawn , a person who enjoys his job and works his butt off.

Victor and Raul came to my house today to help me after an overflowing tub soaked my floors. The quickly removed the carpets and baseboards to stop further damage. They were polite and respectful and took care in everything they touched.
