We are extremely pleased with the work done by the team at First Impression! Consultation with Rafella and Tami were awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We had countertops, backsplash, island cabinet, sink, faucet, disposal and windowsill replaced. The team of Fernando, Ricardo, Leo and Lucas were amazing. Excellent work and clean up. I would recommend First Impression. We are very happy!
First Impression was wonderful as we updated our 14 year old kitchen with new appliances and countertops. Matching 14 year old wood, which we chose to keep, reconfiguring upper cabinets, adding some glass doors, a meticulous job of installing new quartz countertops. Creative ideas were offered throughout the process. All at a very cost effective price. Principal Edi Silverio was hands on and his crew well trained without exception.
The team at First Impressions in Bonita Springs was top notch to work with. We were doing a refresh to our kitchen and baths with new countertops, sinks and faucets, and kitchen backsplash. The team was very responsive to my questions and the job was completed quickly and well done. The work was done over this past summer. Recently, a water filtration faucet on the countertop loosened and I called the office. Even though it was 6 months since install, they had someone here the same afternoon to fix it at no cost. I feel their customer service is excellent and would recommend them to anyone looking to do any remodeling.

We had our master bath updated and it was such an easy process. I can't thank Rafaela enough for all her help designing and answering all my questions quickly. We were not there when the work was done but the workers were neat and covered everything necessary. Thank you to all the staff involved in making it happen.
