Schooner Bay Builders gave me an estimate to renovate my kitchen and dining room after mold removal. They were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, as well as reviews on google and the NextDoor app by people who have used their services. I had estimates from other companies, as well, and chose another based on a guarantee from my insurance company as well as their abilities. Absent that guarantee, I honestly don’t know which of these two excellent companies I’d have chosen.

Very timely and professional, got repairs done on a a corner of our building that’s aluminum and almost everyone I called could not complete this job for us. Our company is an hour and 30 minutes away from this building. These guys were able to handle everything in one week without ever having to meet with anyone once. special thanks to Kristen on handling this for us and to the contractors on handling this in a quick and easy manor. Had a hiccup with the delivery of materials and we got it handled the next day at a fair and reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company. These guys are really dedicated to getting your job done in the quickest and fairest way.

I don't typically do too many reviews, but when I do, it's because the service and experience necessitates taking extra time to let others know just how much of an impact it made.
My wife and I were over paying rent and looking for a place to call our own, raise our kids, and share with the people we love most. As pastors of a church, we have people over often and use our home for others. As we were looking for homes and narrowing down our choices, what really made the difference was the personal care and detail that the team at Schooner Bay was willing to put in to ensure we understood next steps and they genuinely cared about what we cared about. They worked with us every step of the way as if they were building the home for themselves.
I cannot say enough about the 5 star customer service experience or the attention to detail from every single team member from the Owners to the Project Managers to the Contractors on site. We could not be more happy with our home. The quality, the look, the the options...and for all of that to come from a local trustworthy team is worth more than anything else to us. Might I suggest the Iris Model. Plenty of room for the family and great for entertaining.
We moved in a couple months ago, and Schooner Bay could move on because the transaction is over...but it's more than a transaction to them. They care about their customers. If you want a quality experience with a quality team. I couldn't suggest Schooner Bay any more! You won't be disappointed.

We had a pretty extensive renovation project that involved all types of work: painting, electrical, drywall, flooring and everything in between and the team at Schooner Bay gave a fair estimate of both price and turnaround time and the quality of work was above and beyond!

Schooner Bay Builders was so great to us! We have a home that needs so much work inside and out! We had a beam outside that needed to be replaced and they worked endlessly to find the easiest way and most affordable way to fix it and other parts of the house. Hands down the most kind and nice people to work with. Always returning my calls and making sure we felt comfortable! I would definitely work with this company again!
