Sean, Carlos, Luis, and Ryan did a great job. Couldn’t have asked for more. They took the poorly installed preexisting systems and turned it into a piece of art. There were many prior installation errors that made this job not so easy. They remedied those errors as well as installed the new system. All in a day! Thank you
We have used facemyer for years and have always had good service. Our air handler went out recently and the first technician had trouble diagnosing it. Noah was then sent out and performed a very thorough assessment and thankfully was able to get everything repaired very quickly.
My techician Elijah came in today due the issues I am getting with the a/c compressor constantly going on and off every couple of minutes. This is a whole new ac unit that was installed a couple of days ago. He was able to diagnosed the issue through his meticulously research and problem solving and was able to find out that I did not have a bypass motor installed on my 2 story home. It was completely missed for years from previous a/c company. Once he was able to figure it out told me my next steps on what to do. He was great and professional the whole way. Looking forward to continuing my business with him and this company. So far they have been great to talk to and to work with.
There are many A/C & Heating service providers in the area, and we tried a few lately. Facemyer dispatched us technician Noah. Noah was very thorough in diagnosing the issue that affected our system, Noah was very professional, and caring (he took off his shoes) when coming into the house to check the thermostat. Every time Noah ran a test, he monitored the system for 20 minutes to make sure he had the correct fix. The system is back to 100% efficiency thanks to Noah from Facemyer Air Conditioning.
My experience with Facemeyer was excellent. I had a three ton trane unit installed. Everything went well on the installation.The men were courteous and cleaned up with when they were done.
They set up the split zone thermostats. Highly recommend Facemyer. They were not the cheapest. You get what you pay for.
