Terrible Company !! Ordered some replacement kitchen doors for our 5 year old home Kitchen Craft brand. The doors came in with a brighter white color than the original white. Eternity tried to install the bright color doors until we stopped them. Brought this issue to the sales manager attention with no corrective action. Asked to talk to the owner who refuses to take my call. Now , I received an email today from the sales manager stating they were going to keep our deposit money , sixty percent deposit which was over $1000.
Eternity even kept the new wrong color doors.
Probably going to try and sell them to someone else and make twice the money.
Will be taking Eternity to court.
Do not do business with this company.
I will post this feedback on every website available.
