I purchased a chandelier from this store when I bought my new home. When I first saw it on display, it looked beautiful, so I decided to purchase it. The associate, Kristina, informed me that all I would need to do was replace the light bulbs.

I later hired a professional to install the chandelier and purchased the recommended bulbs. After installation, we discovered that the chandelier was defective. Considering the item cost over $2,000, this was extremely disappointing.

I immediately reached out to the store to inform them of the issue. Unfortunately, my message was read, but I never received a response or any follow-up. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive product.

I strongly advise customers to thoroughly inspect products before leaving the store. This place is very pricey and, based on my experience, not worth the cost. I would not recommend shopping here.

I only have nice things to say about Elite Home. They have quality fine furniture, so beautiful that the pieces look like art: dining tables with Murano glass, fabrics of a quality that I have not seen anywhere else, the list is endless. They treat every customer like a VIP, going above and beyond to ensure that you are happy. They rank at the top of my list for customer service, one of the best I have experienced.

From the time that I first contacted Inna, I realized I was dealing with a true professional. She patiently answered all my questions (many!), helped me navigate through all the choices, and together we worked out a great design. She is kind, patient, and helpful. Truly wonderful! I don’t have enough words to thank her. I hire people for a living and, in my opinion, she is the manager that has displayed the best understanding of what quality customer service is.

I also had the pleasure to meet Vladimir, the owner. He is also very kind and down to earth. I took my 4-year old son with me to the store and instead of being concerned about any of the valuable items that they have been broken, he was friendly: my son even grabbed him by the hand to go play! Moreover, Vladimir came to my home to ensure that the delivery and installation went well. I don’t know of many furniture store owners that will do that! All in all, it was a truly fantastic experience.

Excellent selection of luxurious sofas and high end furniture. I was able to find my dream sofa, a Bretz. Vladimir and his crew are super friendly and very knowledgeable and customer service focused! Can't wait to have it !

I finally got to visit gorgeous Elite Home showroom in Miami. I have never seen more beautiful showroom! The selection of luxury furniture is so expansive. They have everything, from Swarovski crystal chandeliers to amazing marble tables and leather sofas. I found an exquisite art piece that I am getting for my bedroom. Can't wait!
