My sprinkler pump stopped working for a few days and then started working 15 minutes before Jimmy was supposed to come out.
He still looked it over and tested it with me. We couldn't replicate the problem. He gave me a quick lesson on sprinkler pumps & he didnt charge me for the quick local visit. I appreciated the honest and helpful service.
Our well water system stopped working and I called them for repairs. Jim came and tested electrical system and told me electric power goes to pump but pump doesn’t work (meaning the pump fried and the new pump needed) He offered to replace the pump for $1000. We went for second opinion and found out the pump is good, only one wire needed to be replaced (from breaker to relay)
We bought a new pump, which was not necessary. The wire cost only $0.92

We contracted with Jim to install a new well system. He and his son performed the work, honored every commitment that he made and was a total gentleman. Since then he has come out to service us and was beyond fair and honest. We would recommend them to do anything related to your well and performing great job like they did for us.
Great experience, Jim and his team killed it. We did a shallow well, 1 hp motor, and it was done in half a day. This company is a busy one but Jim came out immediately for a survey and a week later they were drilling. His pricing was great, he has irrigation references to pass on, overall we're extremely happy.
Jim is the real deal. Honest, straightforward, no run around. We had problems getting done what we wanted with others in the same trade, but Jim and his professional crew delivered.
