I recently had the pleasure of working with Doc Watts Electric for the installation of a whole house Generac generator, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. They completed the planning, permitting, and installation ahead of schedule and right on budget, exactly as quoted. The customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions.

The on-site technicians were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. I was particularly impressed that one of the owners was personally on-site, performing work and guiding the team. In addition, the office staff in all departments was always happy to answer questions and keep me informed of the project status. This level of dedication and hands-on involvement speaks volumes about their commitment to quality.

To top it off, they managed to complete the installation in the same day as one of my neighbors who was getting the same service. I highly recommend Doc Watts Electric for their outstanding service and professionalism.

In 40 years in Fl this is only the second review I felt compelled to write. We had some major electrical work done at our home and Doc Watts came recommended to us by a neighbor.

As a company their communication skills were second to none. They handled all permitting and arranged for all inspections that were needed. All work was not only completed in a timely manner but it passed all county inspections the first time!

These guys are the best! We bought a house and found out after the fact the wiring was dangerous old cloth wire. I knew this was bad. We needed it replaced ASAP.

We landed on Doc Watts. Jonah came out to look at it. He was super professional and explained the whole process. Alex and Christian did a great job doing a total rewire. They were so meticulous, made sure everything was level and clean. You could tell they really cared. These guys put up with all my questions and explained exactly what was going on. They moved the panel outside and it ended up freeing up a ton of space. Installed new LED lights in kitchen and bath that were a huge upgrade. All in all from start to finish they took a stressful situation and made it a breeze. Recommend to anyone.

I needed repairs done ASAP to pass inspection for the closing of my house. At first I was a little scared when they gave their hourly rate for one hour. They told me that the cost depends on the job. I was determine to make sure the Electrician was not going to waste any time to get the job done in less than an hour. I met with Alex ,who arrived on time, was professional, listened to my instructions on the two areas that needed fixing. He went to his truck one time and within half an hours time, he completed his task and still chatted with me for a few more minutes. His work was diligent, clean and I didn't have to spend any extra money. WOW.. I was impressed and I highly recommend Ladies to use Doc Watts. They are not going to try to taken advantage of you and add additional cost like the Mechanics. Thank you !! Doc Watt Staff, Alex, especially Ms. Rivera for sending me the invoice quickly.
