Do NOT show up early. By appointment only. Every other Daikin/Goodman takes delivery’s early. Was told oh we already had 2 trucks today and was told to come back at my appointment. What a complete waste of time. As you can see not a single truck here except their own at the docks. Update as of 12/15/25 They do not take deliveries past 2:00 PM even if you are 1 min late. Google says they close at 4:30 pm. So what are employees doing for 2 hours 30 minutes?

As a truck driver I will ever and never deliver a load to these people, even if I get pay $10000 they’re totally waste of time, had 6 pallets for delivery and took 2 hrs to finish however it takes 20 minutes. Red flag
