Great experience with Bold City Heating and Air and the tech Randy P. From the time I called them back in Nov/Dec25, customer service was always polite, friendly and professional. In 2025, I had them come out for an estimate because my heat/air vents kept getting stuck. Air/heat was working on one level. When the vent would flip, it would heat or cool the opposite level of my home. Finally, had them come out and replace the dampers/motor and capacitor in Feb26. I asked what type of discount could they offer and they ended up giving me a small discount (coupon worthy) on each job. Again, I still experienced the same respective customer service. The communication and service were great. No issue in getting the job done in a reasonable time. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Randy! Thanks Bold City!

Bold City Heating & Air installed new HVAC system in our home 5 years ago.
Our HVAC stopped working on a Friday, during one of the coldest days of the year in Florida. This would mark the first issue with the system since original installation.
Saturday, the follow day, Jacob (Service Technician) arrived on time and quickly analyzed our system issue.
Today, we experienced the service appointment to replace the part (Blower Motor).
During the service appointment, RT (Service Technician) was very patient while a billing dispute was being resolved with Nate (office representative who was also very kind over the phone). After billing dispute resolution, RT completed the repair expeditiously, with care and a good attitude.
Service Technicians, Jacob and RT were polite, professional, considerate and communicated clearly for all information regarding HVAV repair/replacement, pricing and payment processing.
For both appointments, I especially appreciated the call-ahead before arriving and was very impressed with the start-to-finish process, with little to no mess for me clean up afterwards.
Just as a side-note, our appointment on Saturday with Jacob, was the last appointment of the day (5pm) and our appointment on Friday with RT, was the first appointment of the day (8am), and both Service Technicians were alert and friendly. This was a refreshing experience.

We recently had our ducts replaced and I can't thank the team enough (RT, Jacob and Ryan) for all of their help and expertise. We knew it would be a big job as our ducts were incredibly old (likely from the 1960s) and it was early August, when most AC companies would not schedule this type of work. But the team worked hard for 2 days straight and were incredibly thorough, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. I could immediately tell the difference - in the best way - with our air once the job was done. In addition to offering competitive pricing, the fact that Bold City was able to do this kind of job off season will definitely make me a return customer. Thanks, guys!

After getting to the additional questions below I want to clarify that this was a covered service call with the maintenance plan and we definitely renewed.

We needed 2 new hvac units and bold city had Ryan come out to our house within an hour of me calling. He gave us lots of great information and was very willing to work with us on pricing. We wanted to get them in fast so bold city was able to schedule a crew for the next morning. They were very friendly and professional! Overall, we had a great experience!
