Where do I start… After the completion of the pool, we were advised to fill our $57,000 pool with well water. I never knew that we could have paid to bring in fresh water. This cost would have been no brainer, but we were ignorant to that information. We started filling the pool on a Friday and no tech came back out until Wednesday. By then, the entire bottom of the pool was full of sand which had absorbed into the finish. Our heater plumbing had to be redone because of the two 8 hour days of acid brushing that was required with a 6” brush to get all of the sand out. Who knows how many months or years was taken off of the life of the finish.
After that, we were having insane phosphate issues. Our pool was not swim-able for at least two weeks and the phosphate issue lasted well after the free 30 days of free pool tech service. Our new service tech thought maybe there was a leak because our concrete pad was always soaked. After their service tech came out to do a 24 hour test, they found nothing. I was forced to find the leak myself and text in videos of what needed to be repaired. Not a good look.
About six months in, we started having significant settlement issues with our pavers. They came out once and fixed one section. About 10 months after install, I sent numerous pictures showing settlement problems going around about 75% of the pool. Assuming we would be given at least 1 year of quality protection, that was not the case.
I wish I could go back in time because I would have saved a ton of time and headache going with another company. I gave an extra star because the vast majority of the employees weee all lovey to talk to, but quality of work is quite low.

• Their responsiveness to be poor.
• It was hard to get the quotes I requested from them in a timely fashion.
• They don't reply to all emails without follow-up, which is annoying when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars.
• It felt like seemingly simple things I requested were all a challenge.
• It felt like they were just throwing highball numbers out without providing an itemized understanding of the costs (as I asked for).
• Their contract left me too exposed to unquantifiable costs.
Again, these are just my opinions but with all the reputable pool builders in Naples, I wouldn't waste my time with these guys.
