We had our maintenance today. We always have good techs. We have worked with Cool Zone since they installed our system in our new built home several years ago. Today, I met Carlos. He just set the bar higher. He is a super professional. If I had to design a script for how this visit would go Carlos would be the model and in fact he would teach the course to new techs joining the company! Great appearance, great manners, unbelievable communication and skill at his profession. Please make sure you reward and keep Carlos happy at Cool Zone.

2nd time Jacob has serviced our HVAC. He is very polite, knowledgable, thorough and cleans up after he's done. He answered all my "layman" question without hesitation. very impressed with their response to our needs.

Love this company had a new heating and air-conditioning system put in our condo.. There workmanship , cleanliness, workers ,sales person office staff outstanding would recommend Cool Zone to family and friends. Great company would use them over and over again

They usually send Peter to do any service calls at my house, and he's a fantastic young man. I tried to ask that they send him whenever I have maintenance scheduled or even a repair. Highly recommend Peter and cool Zone

I had no heater installed in my new AC system because I thought I wouldn't need it. Turns I do and Sam installed it this morning performed a maintenance while the unit was opened, and all is good. Left with no sign of anyone coming in performing any work.
