Yulio was fantastic. Very communicative, considerate, and knowledgeable. He was quick to respond and wasted no time in getting the repair completed. My family and I appreciate all of his hard work to replace our system’s compressor. He walked us through everything and the process was much easier to navigate than expected. Exceptional service! We are so pleased with this company! We live here seasonally and came home late at night to no air conditioning in our condo. We first called another company that had taken over another company we used to use. After waiting 5 hours for them to come the technician told us what the problem was (the motor was bad) and then tried the scare tactic trying to upsell us a whole new system. The following morning we called Complete Care Air. They came quickly and Hostman diagnosed the system. He replaced the motor without any upselling. The price was very reasonable saving us a significant amount compared to the other company.

We appreciated Hostman's honesty and expertise. He was very responsive, honest, capable and reasonable. We are now new loyal customers.
