Corbin and Clint relocated a clothes dryer plug and created a new vent for a new dryer. They came as scheduled, with a call to alert me, much appreciated. They were very careful in their approach (it is an older house with very little crawl space and had a previous install). The plug was installed to be accessible and the vent was carefully lined up to ensure the best, most efficient exhaust. They hooked up the machine and checked it out. As they completed each install they immediately picked up the area followed with a vacuum.
These guys were great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Worth every penny. You can tell they are a team.
Second time I have used Commander and they now have my business. Highly recommend.

Derrick (Fireplace Concepts; a division of Commander Air) was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He thoroughly checked out our gas logs and asked if we would like to add the flaming embers, which we had before. Definitely! He carries them on his truck and it gives such a natural effect to the logs. He found no problems but let us know he could return within 30 days if need be w/o a charge. He also offered us a $10 discount if we would place a Commander Air sign in our yard for 7 days....yes!! We were happy to! Commander Air gave such good customer service and communication from first phone call to the day of Derrick's arrival. Thank you, Commander Air,!

Derrick was the technician that came to my home to perform routine maintenance on my gas fireplace. He worked quickly and answered all my questions…he even let my cat attempt to supervise his work. Derrick has a great personality and is very easy to communicate with…I would welcome him into my home anytime.

Derrick called ahead to let us know he would be arriving soon (early, Yay!). Took apart, cleaned, calibrated and reassembled our gas logs fireplace with expertise. Superb service at a reasonable price.

I had a great experience with Commander Air and the service tech, Joey M did a great job of servicing my home generator and answering all the questions I had. Good customer care and support is important to me. I will definitely be calling them again.
