I had an excellent experience with Auxiliary Power Systems with my generator installation .The entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The general manager, Ralph, along with Ricky and Robert, were all very courteous, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to answer questions, explained everything clearly, and truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and a great overall experience.

This company is GREAT!!! I am very impressed with their knowledge, honesty, and customer service. I had a very serious problem with a Gulf Breeze Generac installer/service provider who presented themselves as reliable and forthright. It took 2 incidents for me to realize that Generac was not the problem, but rather, the Gulf Breeze provider. Auxiliary Power Supply came to my rescue along with the Generac Company itself to correct the problem. I cannot thank Auxiliary Power Systems and Generac enough. I highly recommend Auxiliary Power Systems, a reputable company. along with my 2 installers Ralph and Ricky and the scheduler/office manager Karen. Thank you all for your excellent work and service.

Fantastic! We were using another company for our generator maintenance and service. They came out due to an error code (low fluid) and discovered that the control board was also throwing error codes. They diagnosed it as a bad board. The quote for the part and labor was over $1,800.00 ($1500+ for the part). I called Auxiliary Power Systems WF for a 2nd opinion. It was a bad fuse. Call total was $226. The part cost .99. Needless to say we will be using Auxiliary Power Systems WF from now on for our generator service and maintenance. The office staff is wonderful, so very efficient, competent and nice. The service tech was wonderful too.

Great experience with installing a Generac whole home generator. Karen kept me informed from start to finish and the workers were very prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend this company!

Chandler did a great job getting my generator back on line. He noted that my factory warranty was still in effect. I reported this to the BBB. Casey admitted that his company had overlooked the
warranty, and shortly thereafter I received a check for the $303.65 I had complained about. Thanks for the service. I have your company in my contact list and will be sure to call you when I need service.
