I called Coker Plumbing for an estimate on an elevated water pressure system. They were the only ones to give me an estimate over the phone after I told them where the water meter was and that I had a Culligan water system outside. I spoke to the owner; he was super honest, and the price was reasonable. The team was very friendly and did a great job. I totally recommend Coker Plumbing. God bless.
The company did a great job on the plumbing aspect, but communication/customer service leaves a lot to be desired. As a first time homeowner, I appreciated a job well done on my stoppage, but I also needed an itemized invoice after the job was finished. I have been inquiring about it since October 10th and was told October 14th that I would be able to get it. After not hearing back, I continued checking every few days with texts, calls, and voicemails. I also tried going to the office listed on Google to see if I was able to talk to an accounts manager or secretary if they had one, but it seems the office address was actually a residence. I went with this company because it was a recommendation from a friend of their family, but I am disappointed with the communication/customer service aspect because I was basically ghosted once my check was cashed. If you only need plumbing work and do not need customer service, communication, or documentation, you may have a better experience.
Very prompt and professional service. Got an estimate Thursday and new water heater installed Friday morning. Price was much cheaper than other estimates.
Fast friendly and affordable! I had some pipes that had came loose under the house. I called at 9:30 pm and they a called me back immediately. They can’t out that afternoon and worked until after dark to get the job done!
We called on Thursday and set an appointment to have our septic system serviced by Coker Plumbing on Friday at 9:30 am. My wife arranged to take the morning off of work. We received a text message on Thursday evening saying that they may be a little late in the morning. No worried about that on our end. However, late Friday morning we were told that they would arrive at 2:30 pm. By 5:00 pm they still had not arrived and my wife had wasted an entire day waiting for them. We were then told that they would arrive on Saturday.
On Saturday morning my wife sent numerous text messages asking for a time frame but received no reply. I tried calling but the call went to voicemail. However, I received a text message saying that they could not answer the phone but could text. I can only assume that I received this message because they did not recognize my phone number. I replied and asked what time they anticipated arriving. We received no response. We received no communication from Coker on Saturday and they never showed up to do the work. Two days wasted waiting on these idiots.
