Clyde's Septic Services

Did a pump out for me. Was efficient, on time, friendly, did a great job, didn't leave a mess, and did it at a good price. I'll use them next time it's needed.

We called these folks about our septic tank issue last week. Clyde came out to look at the job and was late with no phone call. Yesterday I called him to schedule for him to come out and pump the tank. He said he would be here first thing this morning at 9am. He never showed up. No phone call; nothing. If you aren't interested in the job; don't say you'll be here at 9am.

I've had my septic tank pumped twice by Clyde's. Once when we took ownership of the home and then 5 years later. Both times were handled promptly and professionally. And I might add, both times were done within the next few days after the initial call and less money than quoted from other companies...

The Company was the only one that responded to our emergency when others delayed their response for up to one week. Their response was quick, professional and their labor top notch.

Called to let them know one of their trucks brake lights were out and the guy that answered the phone was so rude. I figured the driver was probably unaware, but he almost caused 3 accidents in 3 miles. I thought they might like to know. But apparently I was a bother in telling them. So if you don't want to feel like I just did I would call someone else.

And when you put your review on here just expect them to call you and act so unprofessional and cuss you!
