Circle K

This is like my fourth time being by this circle k gas station within a week. There are running a special for $79 on their drinks any size be it their fountain drinks or their frozen drinks. And always at least three of the main sodas are out Pepsi Coke and root beer.. so I guess it's been going on a week now that these sodas are out. I got a pizza it was supposed to be a godfather's Pizza. It was a sausage pizza and it was hard as a brick it was not fresh like they said. If you don't care about your business why are you still running the business. You can't get ice ice machine is broken you can't get soda because the soda machine is broken. You can't get hot food because the people behind the counter won't make it. So if you're just there for gas why don't you just sell gas and forget about all the other stuff. It shows that you don't care when everything is out

It's Sunday night not busy went to this location trying to buy a pack of cigarettes. I get paid Tuesday and even politely explain this to the cashier in the service window I had the funds to pay for the cigarettes in change and the rude cashier refused to sell me them because she didn't want to count it. She stood there with an attitude reminding me of the price and when I told her that I had enough her attitude worsened. She stood there staring refusing to want to count the change or accept it embarrassing me in front of another customer. I usually choose circle k since the prices are slightly cheaper than everywhere else but after today's experience I don't believe I'll ever shop with this organization Wawa may be slightly more expensive but their customer service was proved to be far superior. Please retrain your overnight employee's on how to interact with customers and not embarrass them

Bathroom needs cleaning cashier needs to experience customer service when I'm first you took care of three other people before me.... Good Luck

I’m a stay at home mom so I am always out and about which usually means I am at the gas station quite frequently filling up my tank. When me and my boy come in, we always like to grab a fresh donut and an apple juice.. no matter what time of day I come in we seem to always be greeted nicely, even though my son runs up and down the store. Recently it seems to be very busy when we come in, so I’ve been testing my hand at that self check out.. I’m not very tech savvy, but as I was holding up the line Sean,the store manager, helped me in a way I didn’t feel rushed and I was actually able to do it properly! If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

The people who work here are pretty friendly but every time I go there which is at least two times a week to fuel up and use the restroom after my deliveries the bathroom is always hideous it's disgusting I don't understand how every single day the toilet paper is out the seats are covered in what I assume is urine or God knows what. 2 out of 3 toilets were out of order and the one that was open was completely unacceptable for use I don't understand why they would put such big nice looking bathrooms to not maintain them I truly do not understand. I guess I'll just have to find another place to fuel up that has nicer bathrooms I can't take it anymore. Also irritated that even if I don't have to use the bathroom because I pay at the pump with my company card I still always have to walk inside for a receipt
