We cannot say enough about Bowles Pools. The entire experience has been first rate. Started with our salesperson, Joel, who is a professional designer and really listened to our ideas. Other pool designers merely put on paper what we told them - Joel LISTENED and asked us what we were trying to accomplish with our pool and landscape. He created a design that is spectacular. We then worked with the entire Bowles team through the next steps of the contract, city approval, construction and final pool startup process. EVERYONE we have encountered from Bowles has been great. Craig, Daryl, Patty, Zach along with all of the construction team could not have made the process and final outcome any better. Bowles is a family oriented company with high ethics and values. We researched several pool builders and so glad we chose to work with Bowles. The entire team has been incredibly communicative so we knew what to expect at each stage of the process. They were always available to take our calls listen to us, answer our questions and respond very quickly. If you have the opportunity to work with them for your pool project, I highly recommend them! While there may be many choices out there to choose from when it comes to designing/installing a pool, I can confidently say that Bowles Custom Pools and Spas is the best! We actually started our process two years ago as new homeowners in Florida, but the timing wasn’t right due to our other moving expenses. We contacted Daryl 18 months later and he came out the next day and we agreed upon the perfect design for our rather small backyard. When the process began, we had the pleasure of meeting Patti and Victoria, who are the greatest, most customer focused, friendly people to guide you through this process. Not only did the pool get completed ahead of schedule, but well exceeded our expectations! There was never a day where I was wondering what was going to be happening with our pool as Victoria kept in constant contact to let me know every single step in the process, and was always ahead of schedule. Do not look anywhere else if you are considering a pool. Bowles Custom Pool and Spas is hands-down the best, without question... we love our pool and the only disappointment is that we will not be in regular contact with Patti, Victoria and Daryl on a regular basis! We’re ENTIRELY convinced that the Bowles Custom Pools & Spa team trains on the same military base as Chik Fila. The service and efficiency of this company has been nothing short of outstanding. From the start, their team showed professionalism, and care that carried through to the end of our 8 week project. Yep, you heard correctly- 8 weeks. We received four bids to build our new pool. Bowles submitted not only the best design but at a reasonable price and so glad we did. From the design to the construction, they were great. Daryl Bowles came out every week to check the progress and Patti Bowles communicated with us throughout the process to let us know when the next crew was coming. Installation was great, all the subcontractors did a great job, and we are extremely happy with our pool. I would recommend them to anyone looking to add a pool.
