We are just thrilled with our pool that American Pools & Spa built for Rand and me. It’s truly beyond our expectations— I never would have imagined in a million years that it would turn out this beautiful. We managed to enjoy the jacuzzi once before the weather turned, and it was wonderful. Now we’re just counting down until it warms up so we can really start using everything. Thank you so much! Anyone who asks me for a pool recommendation is being sent straight to you. I’m incredibly grateful we chose to work with you. We also built a mini golfing area outside the enclosure so now we can enjoy our entire backyard 😊

Jamie, pool school guru, was very thorough and focused on making sure everything was done correctly. After he was done he took pics to address small items that needed further attention and even hosed down the patio to make sure it was better than when he came!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company and their employees. I was extremely hesitant to remodel our pool because of the horror stories I have heard over the years from other pool owners. From our first meeting with Jay and Sharon I felt at ease. They were knowledgeable and had honest advice to help us remodel our pool in a beautiful way with the budget we set. Once we signed the contract, the price never changed once! Even when there were minor hiccups with our pool light or unforeseen issues that needed to be maneuvered around in the yard, the price never changed and they always handled everything with ease!
The customer service we received from the construction staff was absolutely phenomenal. Our project manager Rob was in constant communication and always reachable. Every phone call and text was always returned within an hour or less and resolutions to any concerns were handled immediately. Juan and Eli were always on hand at our home working hard, answering our questions and keeping us up to date with their daily work. Juan personally walked me through our new system and answered all my questions over the next month while we got the pool chemicals balanced.
The pool turned out beautifully, as you can see from the before and after photos! We had the entire deck repaved, planter beds and an outdated fountain eliminated, pool surface pebbled with a sun shelf and bubbler added, two new dog doors for our pup in the screens, new pool equipment installed and paver paths extended to the front yard. The price was fair and reasonable and again, never changed! This company was personable and always reachable! I would remodel my pool again without hesitation with them!

This is a very good company. They did a great job going over every step with us. They communicated very well throughout the whole process.

The only negative I would say is that there are some steps where they need the home owners at home for things like safety checks or pool school. We were made aware of this in the beginning of the process before work began; however, when it came time to schedule these dates we were only given a 1-3 days notice. This limited flexibility for when these could be scheduled makes it difficult to coordinate it around our work/life schedule. I had to take off work for pool school because we were told about it maybe 36 hours in advance. It would be nice to be given at least a week’s notice to set up a schedule regarding things that we have to be home for.

We just completed pool school with Jaime. He does an amazing job going over everything. He takes his time and asks after every step if we have any questions before we move on. He even told us we can record him so we always can listen back to his instructions. He was very professional and very polite. Highly recommend this company and Jaime.

Jessie was our field superintendent. He was amazing and very responsive and professional throughout this whole process. We had a concern during the construction and voiced that to him and he came out that day to go over it with us and resolve it.

Matt was who we first talked to when we went to American Pools. He was very diligent taking notes so that we got everything we asked for. There was a mistake and our firepit had been left out of the contract even though it was priced in to the final amount. However, due to Matt taking good notes in our face to face meetings, he was able to see this and resolve it quickly.

Overall, we are very satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely lovely place to visit for building your custom pool. Susan from customer service was extremely helpful and I was very satisfied with my visit. I have never seen such a beautiful store showroom interior.

Our story, which started off well, ended badly after a storm 1.5 months ago caused the paving stones to come loose. We've been waiting for the warranty team to come and repair it for 1.5 months, but no one has come. We sent emails expressing our concerns, and they said they would come, but they didn't. Also, due to the incorrect slope in front of the balcony door, water leaks inside when it rains heavily. They haven't fixed this either.
