Huge selection, but nothing is priced. Plenty that I wanted but lady behind the desk asked for SKU of each item I was interested in, and that’s a huge hassle to go through to see prices while browsing. Nice place but walked out empty handed

Was not asked if needed help, never greater, decent selection
This place makes you feel like a kid in a candy store if you are a fan of cooking, kitchen gadgets, etc. There is a little of everything here! Unfortunately, most of the staff is very pleasant, but those manning the store aren't usually as knowledgeable as I wish they were. I've shopped here a few times and it seems the people staffing the store never can answer questions but tell me I need to wait for "them" to return. I don't really have the time to wait so I usually end up doing some online shopping that results in an actual purchase. This has happened to me three times in the past year, so that is why I give them a lower score. Otherwise - it's a great store to go in and oogle over all the items you never knew you needed until you see them!
Some items are overpriced, or maybe that’s just the price they told me. I inquired about an item and was given a price of almost $400 as retail, yet the manufacturer had the same brand and model for $180 as the retail price. One of the ladies working said $150, the one behind the desk was adamant with $400. Either way, I’m not confident in this place anymore. I feel that I can get better service and knowledgeability elsewhere.
The only plus for me is that it is in close proximity to where I live. The convenience of location shouldn’t be some purpose for me to shop there.
