I am so thrilled to have found Lio and BHP Windows. I had been wanting to replace the windows on a rental property, but it is an investment and is a daunting task to find the right company. In fact, I initially contacted a friend's construction company, and they were unsuccessful in obtaining windows for over a six month period. So back to square one. It just so happened that a neighbor got her windows replaced with Lio and BHP, and she was raving about the salesman, Lio's customer service and the installation process, and especially, the final result. So I met with Lio, and I was instantly put at ease. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and accessible! I could text him with any questions, and he would text me right back or call me. He measured more than once for accuracy. They take that extra time. Their prices are competitive. They have a showroom! I signed the contract, but had to travel shortly afterwards. Lio went above and beyond, helping me with scheduling with my tenants and answering their questions as well. As the company has so many windows in stock, I was amazed that the windows were installed in a weeks' time and came out beautifully. A few days ago, my tenant called to thank me and told that they she feels so safe with them, that they are a dream to use, and that they gave a beautiful facelift to the duplex. Oh Lord, How can I start?

Well, let me see how can I put so much in so little.
The moment I got into the beautiful showroom and office of BHP Windows & Doors, I was received with the most cordial and most friendly attention that a customer can receive when walking into a store.

The receptionist was eager to help me out and immediately I was on the way to be helped. In about two minutes that went by, I was approached by the owner who cordially welcomed me and invited me to step into his office for further help. I explained what I needed for my house, and he then started working on some drawings to present to me. He then explained to me the warranty and technical aspects of the Windows and Doors, and lastly a price quote for the purchase.

I have to say that I was shopping around for impact windows and doors for a while, I had about five previous quotes from other vendors, however, for some reason or another and I only think that I was driven by God to BHP Windows & Doors, walking out of there with the best price.

Even with the pandemic in full effect, I was promised an estimated delivery and installation date, and boy promises were kept. Though out the entire waiting process which was not long, one of the BHP selling team members named Gio was constantly calling me letting me know where the process was, and lastly with a delivery date and installation.
Gio is one of the most professional, courteous, and the most friendly sales representatives I have ever met.

The installation day came, a crew of installers took my home for good assault, took care of every detail such as covering my furniture for dust, etc., they altered whatever need it to be altered, then repaired whatever they rip in order for the installation to be a success as if it was new, and before I knew it, all my windows and doors were beautifully installed.

Cannot have other words to praise this company and its entire staff. I strongly recommend this company for its professionalism, courtesy, commitment, pricing, and excellent work.

I purchased doors and windows back in 2018 from BHP. I recently had an issue with the locking mechanism from one of the French door and connected the company. They sent out a representative that was able to fix the door lock without any issues. I was very surprised that they didn't give me the run around after 7 years.
