It’s been a little over 2 weeks since we received our new mattress and we’re happy to report it’s fabulous.!! From start to finish we have been totally impressed the professional manner and the quality of product we received.!! Those are qualities rarely seen in businesses anymore but we can say your company still embraces those traditions 110%.!! Yes we are still unpacking but at the end of the day we look forward to a very comfortable place to rest and catch a great nights sleep. I find myself waking up in the morning in exactly the same position I fell asleep in too. Nope, no tossing, no turning.!! Anyways, just wanted to say thank you for a job well done.! My wife, who is in quite good general health, was experiencing unexplained increasing low back and hip pain. She went to her physician and then a physical therapist, and she was following all recommendations, yet no relief. Within three days (I do hereby happily attest!) of sleeping on a 10-year-old mattress to a new one we purchased from Bedmasters, she reported her pain was "95 percent gone." After several camping trips in our 2018 Winnebago 31' Intent we were unhappy with the OEM mattress that was installed in the RV. It is a rock hard single foam mattress. We contacted Bedmasters to have a custom mattress built with memory foam and a foam base. We thought this would be better than purchasing an expensive memory foam topper. Very nice mattress and delivered within 1 week.
