Y'all very cool people to do business with it's always a pleasure a great quality of TV I received from you and a very comfortable couch that my family loves and have best quality in the game consoles.

I can not remember the name of guy that helped me but I definitely give him 5 out of 5 stars! The customer service was amazing super professional super nice very helpful!

My delivery date was set on Monday. Got a call Monday morning stating the delivery guy called out so I couldn’t get my things until Friday. I explained I had family coming down out of state and have no furniture and it wasn’t a problem to the lady I spoke with. There was nothing she could do and I couldn’t go get my own furniture because they had to get it from other stores.

These guys were supposed to deliver at 4. Almost 7 it shows up. Fine. The “contactless delivery” had it left in our driveway. Fine. Then I finally get it inside and it’s missing the footboard and the frame they sold us does not fit this bed. Of course because it was 3 hours late I cannot even call for help.

My wife and I have been paying on a deal we made with this store a couple years ago. Times are hard at the moment, COVID 19. They have been nothing but understanding and patient. I recommend this store. But ONLY if you’re paying on time for two years. Don’t expect a “grace period” after one on time payment on a new agreement.
