Bayview Pool Pros

We are thrilled with Bayview pool service. We decided to call them after doing extensive research on all the pool services in our area. Thank goodness we did! Owner Josh Spoto came to our home immediately when we contacted him for help in an emergency. Our pool is now pristine, blue and sparkling, thanks to Josh and Ryan. My husband just remarked, our pool looks cleaner than it's ever been. It is beautiful now. We just wish we made the switch years ago! Bayview pool pros sends us detailed reports with photos and chemical info, after each visit! Their prices are extremely fair. No drama, just no nonsense professional pool service that does a great job! Prior to hiring Bayview pool pros, after we purchased our new home a little more than 2 years ago, we had kept the same pool service the previous owners used. We paid them on time, in advance each month. There were constant problems, excuses, drama and mistakes that actually cost us money on several occasions! They never offered to refund us a penny for weeks that we could not use our pool while waiting for them to fix the " problems." If we listed all the negative interactions we had dealing with the pool problems with our old company's service, it would take up too much space. The final straw was when they left our pool green from December 19-December 30th. They sent a tech over at one point to fix the problem and instead that person exacerbated the green pool debacle. For the holidays our pool was lime green. When they did not show up as promised on December 29th and gave the excuse, Sorry we ran out of daylight yesterday, that was it. Thank goodness Josh came to the rescue on a Sunday and we are very happy.

I can't appreciate how much we found this company! We have been using this company for awhile now and our pool has never looked better. Josh is awesome, very responsive and dependable. Came out even when sick to take care of an issue we had. This company is a total gem and would highly recommend to anyone looking for good reliable pool service. We love to find great local people!

Bayview Pools has been absolutely amazing. I have had pool cleaners in the past, some pretty good. However, nothing has compared to the service, follow through, and support I have received from Bayview Pools. Bayview Pools Pros really are pros. The owner, Josh, is always on it with exceptional service. From the moment I first spoke to him he has been working to not only make sure my pool looks nice, but also to help me address pool any of my pool maintenance needs and make every step of the process easy. I would give him a 10 out of 5 if could. I highly recommend Bayview Pools.
