We are been using athletic Filter over 25 years. We are very happy from their service. Also their outstanding customer service highly recommend to use this wonderful company.

I patronized this company for 4+ years. They don’t deserve even one star based upon my experience with this company. The problems I experienced were numerous and the customer service I experienced was horrendous. My system was not properly serviced, maintained, they didn’t show up when they were scheduled, my system ran out of bleach and chlorine.. I kept having the same problem over and over again and they never fixed the problem. I was over billed and was told they were going to issue a credit but they never did. I would not recommend them for your water treatment. Take the time and read ALL of the negative reviews. (BEWARE)

We have been with Atlantic Filter of Polk County for years. Through out the duration, they have always responded quickly for all our service requests as well as verifying information for us. They have always been friendly and very pleasant to work with.

We have done business with Atlantic filter for 20+ years. We are on a monthly service/maintenance program. Our last service was June 27. I had to call them last week and say what’s up and they had excuses and said they would be out Friday, I called Friday just before closing and they said couldn’t make it. We’ll be out Monday, Monday afternoon. I called and they said had problems basically excuses and will be out Tuesday. Now it’s Tuesday 7 PM still not here if you’re looking to do business with these people be very careful. It looks like new ownership has drastically changed and they’re comfortable with this type of service. 🙁

We contacted Atlantic filter to check our system on a home we purchased. They put us on the schedule for 9/30/2025. After waiting most of the day, I called them at 3pm to make sure they was still coming out. The lady told me yes. They never showed up or called us. The next morning I called. They put us on the schedule for Thursday 10/2. The lady said we would be the 1st stop of the day. Again at 11am I called, she said we was not the first stop and the tech would be to us in a couple hours. After he finished I called the office to make a payment. I asked if I could get a 10% discount for all the trouble. The manager i spoke with said no. Then ask why should I get something for free because they made a multiple mistakes. The service tech was great but the people running the office have terrible customer service. They literally lost a repeat customer that was looking to get monthly service done.
