Alex’s Sliding Glass Doors did a fantastic job cleaning and replacing rollers on our floor to ceiling doors. They fixed seven out of our ten doors. They worked for a couple of days because the job required more than was originally anticipated but they honored their quoted price. We wholeheartedly recommend Alex’s Sliding Glass Doors! The inner pane of our lanai sliding glass door spontaneously cracked. I called 3 places and left messages. Then I called Alex's and Gary answered the phone. He was amazing from the start and was very informative. He got us scheduled for Manuel to come measure the door and give us a quote. Manuel put blue plastic on the door to ensure that there would not be a mess if the glass fell. We received the quote by text in a couple of days and it was fair and the replacement windows ordered. A few weeks later, we got word that the door had arrived and I called to make an appointment - for the next day! The new glass installation took 30 minutes. The installers were prompt, courteous and 100% professional. We highly recommend Alex's Sliding Glass Doors and they will be our #1 call in the future.

Yuri and Michael came out. I showed them all my sliders and they replaced glass rollers and screen rollers in one room. They said the others just needed cleaning & suggested a product. The did not try to “over” sell me. They were professional and thorough. I will refer Alex’s Sliding Glass door to my friends and family and use them in the future should I need anything to do with my sliders and screens.

Easy to schedule. Day of appointment texted when they were 15 minutes from arrival. Evaluated the door problem removed panel that needed refurbishing. Showed me broken part and explained differences compared to new stainless steel roller. Cleaned the entire length of track replaced repaired panel and adjusted assuring smooth operation of all 4 panels. Well organized and did a great job! Price was reasonable and would use them again!
