“Air Necessity” of the Ft Myers Fl area changed out our complete ducting that had problems associated with improper installation when home was built and fixed items on the A/C units that did not receive proper attention from previous service company. The technicians were very experienced, hard working and friendly. Every part of the service was explained and backed up with video and photos of work performed. “Air Necessity” is a smaller, locally owned company (a good thing) and was recommended to us. We are very grateful that we used them to fix our HVAC system and look forward to using them for our regular service needs!

Finally found a company to take care of our office A/C! They were quick to respond, had the technical know-how to diagnose our issues and practical enough to present several options so we could find the balance between our budget and our service needs. They made sure we understood what they were doing and gave us a fair price. We have switched to Air Necessity for our maintenance plan. Smart choice!
