I contacted Affordable Air and heating as both my HVAC and water heater were original and approaching 20 years of service. They gave me a great quote to do both units at the same time and we got everything set up for next day installation The technicians were great and everything is working perfectly I would recommend them for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs

I never used this company and hope I never have to again. Tech Thomas arrived while I was in my garage. He pulled his big commercial truck into my paver driveway. I motioned and told him to please put the truck in the street. His face wasn't happy but did it. He went first to the clean out in front yard and messed with snaking that for almost an hour. Then finally came into master bath where I told him the issue was to begin with. He stated needed to pull the toilet and would put a rubber mat down. He spent another hour completing this and running the water in the sink almost the entire time. My master bathroom, laundry room and entrance from garage were filthy and disgusting. He said he would clean up. When he was done with whatever it was basically the same. I commented to him about the mess and he said I did the best I could and it's not going to be as clean as I would do it. I expected it to be a somewhat the way it was when he arrived. I also now know the true meaning of plumbers Crack! Maybe should wear overalls. Needless to say it took me 2 hrs to clean up his mess. There's nothing like cleaning up sewer tracked through the bathroom, through the laundry room and on top of machines as well and the garage entryway. Do not use unless you want to pay them and then have 2hrs of cleanup!

I would like to commend the GM Tom Richardson for contacting me and personally coming to my home to speak with me. I was highly impressed with him and what he had to say. I have never met anyone who has his work ethics, compassion and concern for his customers like this man. I wrongfully bashed his company for the fault of one man's errors. I should have called and made my complaint instead of publicly speaking out. The only thing that Tom wanted was to apologize for the technician and let me know this is not the company's policies at all. He just wanted to make it right for the customer. I so appreciated his truthfulness and compassion for what I had been through. In the end I agreed that I would give Affordable air & plumbing another chance for my future needs. I whole heartedly think if you have air or plumbing needs you should give them a call because there is no other company out there that would do more for their customers and go that extra mile. We called Affordable based on a Facebook community recommendation, and we couldn't be happier with the service. They came early the same day, and Tyler performed a thorough, detailed assessment of our heating/AC unit, both inside/outside. The price was fair, and we were given the info needed to feel secure in our next steps. We would definitely call again for anything needed in the future.
