We had a fantastic experience with Agua Pools. From start to finish, they were incredible to work with. We started the project with Brett. He was very helpful with the design process, ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted. He gave us a super-reasonable construction timeline, and they finished ahead of schedule! Our project manager was exceptional; always responsive and always on time. We consulted with two other companies before choosing Agua Pools; we really made the right choice. They were a little more expensive, but considering their warranty, quality of construction materials, customer service, and timeline, it was well worth the extra money. We couldn't be happier!

We had a great experience with Agua Pools in Ocala! Brett, our salesman, was very easy to work with — knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth from the start.

Mark, the project manager, was amazing. He addressed any concerns we had quickly and fairly, and always made sure we felt heard throughout the project. His communication and follow-through really stood out.

I was an out of state resident who was looking to build a home and a pool in Marion County. I spent months TRYING to find a pool builder.

Pool builder #1 - drove all over Ocala to meet with them. Spent time with design team. After a few emails, they ghosted me, then a YEAR and a half later, emailed me and asked when we were ready to build the pool. What in the x-$-(:x! are you smoking?

Pool builder #2 - Also spent time with design and worked on the budget. We were ready to fork out a down pmt. But.... you guessed it….. they ghosted me then after 2 months asked if we were going to proceed. NOPE.

At this point, after being ghosted twice, I was really close to giving up and going to Walmart and buying a plastic kiddie pool to wade in.

Thank goodness for my Youtube addiction because I found an interview featuring Brett of AguaPools!

I met with him on my gazillionth trip to Florida. He was professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Brett designed a spectacular pool. He actually asked for my business and built a stunning pool and birdcage. He did not build it himself (ha ha), but he probably could. He is incredible and talented. His entire team at the office - Shawna, the Client Service contact, Diane, and Mark, the Project Manager are all top notch!!!! Finally, I found THE pool builder!

If you want a professional company that actually provides customer service, calls you back, asks for your business, treats customers with respect, and builds a quality pool, beautiful deck and birdcage, DO NOT even think of using another company.

My husband and I are very happy with living the Florida life and enjoying our Pool and spa.
