Worst customer service!!

The old white lady at the cashier was so rude!
It was my first time dropping by this store to check if they have a glue gun real quick so i asked the young lady in the front. She was friendly but probably wasn't familiar where the product was located so she asked the old white lady. She responded “right there in the left” so i asked do you know which aisle? She didn't respond. So the young lady asked her again and she responded “i dont know! She’ll have to figure it out when she gets there!” 👏👏👏👏 very non appealing attitude!!! You can just say call someone to help out coz thats what customer service is!! If you hate your job that much quit!!

Always love coming here. These guys are VERY helpful and friendly. They aren't condescending when you don't know the exact details of your project. Many of them are more than happy to help you figure it out, if nothing else. Very, very, VERY grateful for the people that work here. Thank you to each and every employee at this specific location.

Rude assisstant manager and cashiers. Lied about a coupon to refuse a sale for 1 bag of feed. They lied about the restrictions and when proven wrong acted like jerks about it. Just say you dont honor your own cupons. The assistant manager acting like he had me over a barrel was extremely disrespectful, but honestly it's cheaper to go to defuniak feed stores than to buy from you. We only went to ace to support locally. No one in my family nor my friends will shop here again. The assistant manager really needs to be replaced or heavily retrained.

Update: If you don't want to shop your animal feed at ace then walmart is not only cheaper, but will ship it to you. Just know there are multiple places you can go that are cheaper, and where you won't be treated like crap. Go back 7 months and they still haven't fixed the attitude on the cashiers.

Customer service is amazing! I picked up a grill today and the manager offered up his own truck to deliver the floor model because it wouldn’t fit in my SUV.

Had half the store helping me find what I needed and didn't stop tell I had what I needed. ......Butyl Seal Tape....
