Zips Car Wash

Terrible car wash!! I wanted to try it b/c it’s closer to my house! BIG MISTAKE!! $30 & I had to go thru 2x & it was still dirty. I wash my car weekly so it wasn’t even that dirty just some bird droppings. The manager was so rude when I asked to go thru again b/c I wasn’t a member!!! 2 of the vacuums were broken w/ no sign stating that! Don’t waste you time w/ zips…GO TO RUB A DUB in Delray! I should have just stuck with the best& not tried this waste of time & money! At Rub a Dub for $54 you get unlimited monthly washes, they do all the work for you, my car is always spotless & every single person there is helpful & nice!!

Jason is the absolute best. He is so friendly and accommodating. I just got a new car and he brought me some fresh cloths so that I wouldn’t get any tire shine on my car from old ones. Always friendly and just a good person. Love this Zips - their vacuums are really powerful and that’s important when you’re cleaning your car. Never extremely backed up and everyone is super friendly.

If you’re looking for a place to upgrade your car from “fully equipped” to “missing parts,” then boy, do I have the spot for you! Zips Car Wash not only managed to rip off my rear windshield wiper, but somehow my car also came out looking like it took a leisurely stroll through a dust storm.

When I politely mentioned the damage, the manager filled out a report for me and acted as if Zips car wash would make it right. However once hearing back from the online claims department, I was told there was a magical tiny sign at the entrance that apparently absolves them from all responsibility. Silly me for not bringing binoculars.

To top it off, they didn’t even refund my $30 — so now I’m proudly driving around with a dirty car and a missing wiper. Truly the full “Zips Experience.”

If you enjoy paying extra money for less car than you arrived with, this is the place for you!

You can pay 40$ for unlimited yes but you will do the drying and vacuuming and everything else.

Staff is so great and vacuums have pressure.
You paying for the car to be washed. They supply the shames and index as well as vacuum
But your doing the work yourself.
If you need to ask a question the staff will try to help but they do not dry or clean your car. They are my

I just do car wash drive home and dry clean windows and amoral my rims with my own supplies. If you want full service this is not for you
You must dry, clean and vacuum your car.
If your spoiled don't do it.
If your able to do it and are happy putting in some work that's easy then is the place for you

I just went here and purchased their most expensive individual wash. I believe they called it the premium for $30. They also advertise free vacuums. The car wash was incredibly fast. I would say under three minutes and they did not do anything extra as listed on the premium wash. There is still a lot of dirt and debris all over my car exterior. Then I went to the vacuums and I thought mine was not working as it would not even pick up simple sand off my seat or floorboard. I went to two others and the exact same results and spoke to others and they said oh yeah, these vacuums are horrible. So they advertise to get you in with free vacuums that do not really work. I definitely would not waste your money a drive-through gas station car wash or expire better than this.
