Zicaro's Plumbing Services

Our kitchen sink had been leaking and was unusable. We called Zacario’s Plumbing in the late afternoon. They said they would be at our house first thing in the morning. They were true to their word. Manny and Yordi came at 9:00 am and were able to clear a clog that was approximately 20’ into the drain pipe. They worked carefully, cleanly, and had our clog cleared quickly. I heartily recommend Zacario’s and especially Manny and Yordi. If you have a plumbing problem, they should be your first call. You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent crew-had a correct diagnosis within 10 minutes-crew leader Puglio explained the diag and the fix so even a dummy like me could understand-front office is also very efficient and responsive (Lisa). Highly recommend.

They were super professional and affordable! I have been looking for a plumber I trust for over a year and finally found them. The took their time to do the job right and explained everything as they worked.

I have been in the construction industry for 40 plus years. I would not recommend Zicaro Plumbing. 3 different crews worked on my home. 2/3 I asked not to return. Loud & argumentative conversations between the workers in Spanish. One of the issues was communication as I don’t speak spanish.

Caulking was abysmal. Quality of work continues to be an issue as they only warrant work for 1 year. Wrong parts were used on one of the vessel sinks which continues to disconnect when you use the faucet. This issue was brought to their attention immediately & I was told it was resolved. It was not. Called today to have them repair the issue properly & was told it was out of warranty.

Beware! Beware! Beware! A company that does not stand behind there work does not deserve our business. Again I do not recommend.

Response to Zicaro plumbings response.

To date no one from Zacaro Plumbing has contacted me. I made the original contact three weeks ago. I happened upon their response today. A reputable company would have contacted me rather than posting on a public forum that I need to call them to set up an appointment. If I do not hear from them by the end of business today I will attempt to contact them. In my honest opinion their customer service is as poor as their workmanship was on my project.

Just had one of your employees going 100+ Miles per hour flying down Lawrence Rd speeding in a turn lane in your company vehicle. If they’ll do this in your streets imagine letting one of them into your home..
