Excellent Exteriors has always done a great job for me, whether it’s Pressure Washing or putting up my Christmas lights. For the past several years, they do quality work, and if there’s an issue, they come back to rehang your lights that may have fallen during windy days or bulbs that are too high for you to reach within a very reasonable 24 to 48 hours, depending on their availability. If you’re looking for a quality, veteran-owned business, look no further. These folks are fantastic.

Jason showed up on time and was professional. He asked my name to verify. And was personable and thorough. And he got the job done very quickly for being alone.
My back screened in patio half covered half birdcage was so dirty and covered in algae in some spots I was grossed out. I did not take any photos because it was an area of the home I avoided. Used to keep my curtains closed to avoid seeing it.
He cleaned it up. And now I am sitting here with the sliding glass doors open. Enjoying the weather! No smells of dirt mildew algae. Just peaceful sounds of birds. Wonderful experience! I called to get a quote for having my tile roof cleaned. Joshua came out that very same day to check out my roof and give me an estimate. He was very professional and did a great job explaining the process. He quoted me on the spot and made an appointment for just a few days later. Giovanni and his partner arrived on time the day of the appointment and went over everything with me before the service began. They took a lot of care to protect my bushes, grass and plants by covering them and using water to hose them down. The entire cleaning of my two story roof was complete in a few hours or so. The team cleaned everything up, and were both very kind and helpful. The roof looks BRAND NEW! Please see the before and after photos of a few different areas of my roof. Jacob did a fantastic job on our pool deck and driveway. He worked very hard and was meticulous in his work. He had a great attitude and we enjoyed having him work for us. We definitely will recommend Xcellent Xteriors and we will be using their services in the future. We would give him six stars if that were possible.

Scheduling was a seamless process. I was happy to know the service could be completed while I wasn’t at the house. The lady I spoke with was transparent on realistic expectations on the results of the oil treatment when I inquired on treating a few small oil stains on my driveway. I was told that this was an additional fee I could add on the day of based on the in person evaluation of the stains. When the guy came to do the power wash, I informed him that I decided I did want the additional oil treatment. He told me that he did not think he had the necessary supplies to do the oil treatment due to switching trucks but would take a look. There was no additional update after that point. My driveway and sidewalk looks way better than it did before the power wash service, which is good. I took one star off because of not having the necessary supplies for the oil treatment despite being told it could be an add on day of. I probably would have considered a different time or company if I knew it wouldn’t have been an option to be done
