Less than 12 hr turn around on scheduling a pump out. Technician was friendly and very informative, helping us to understand a system new to us at our new house. A great local company.

Had them pump our tank about 15 years ago called the other day for service again the price was still the same 325$ driver was very professional and quick I even had lid exposed cleaned off with a broom and ready I think he was suprized and gave a good TIP thanks Woodys for a job well done

I think the office manager's name is Tina but when I called she offered me a Saturday or Monday I initially said Monday then I called back and said okay well go ahead and let's make it Saturday then she tried to charge me another $100 I said you must have bumped your head I said I'm good on that she decided assumed as she told me then I want to cancel the Monday so they didn't show up on Monday I left a message later at night to ask for another appointment I got the appointment would someone else there a very nice lady Miss Tina called back to deny service when I asked her did she know what happens when you assume she said she didn't know so now I'm blocked LOL

Called for septic tank pump out service. Both technicians displayed exceptional professionalism. They provided information that made me realize that previous pump outs by different company was inadequate at best. I highly recommend Woody’s for your Septic tank service.
