This summer I reached out to Window World in Rockledge and they were professional from start to finish. Chris worked with me and gave me a good price for my 5 hurricane resistant lowE windows. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions making my experience go alot more smoothly and stress free. Chris made sure that I was absolutely satisfied with my decision, helping me choose from a variety of choices from frame colors to grid lines. The whole process was only 6 weeks, since they customize my windows to fit my needs.
I've received so many compliments from my neighbors after the install. Next I will definitely order my hurricane resistant double doors with them. I definitely recommend Window World.

The installers took their time and did a fantastic job installing the windows and door. They made sure we knew how to properly operate them as they are double hung. And they did a great job cleaning up all areas they worked in.

Window World installed windows in our entire home in 2024. They did an excellent installation and we’ve been very happy with the quality of the windows.

Communication is outstanding from both Chris (sales) and Edie. Prompt responses to inquires, purchases and resolution of any concerns unmatched. I would highly re commend them. They have excellent products and truly care about customer service!

We had a great experience with Chris K, who came to our home today for a free estimate on two impact windows and one front door.
He arrived on time, was very cordial and professional.
Chris K was very knowledgeable of the product, brought an actual window to demonstrate the features and how to operate for cleaning. He also brought a corner piece of the window and described thoroughly how the casing is made followed by an explanation on the glass itself, the difference of sounds when knocking on the inside and outside glass, and more. Then he jumped up and down on the window itself on the floor. It was quite a demonstration and knowledge of his product and the company itself.
My husband was planning on installing himself, but his speech convinced my husband otherwise. We could just feel how assured he was of the product, and all the information he gave us about town requirements procedures and more.
The estimate was given right away, in detail, with a couple of discounts' options for the type of payment to choose from, including financing.
Did we wish for a lower price? Of course, yes, but we found it to be reasonable. Plus, the fact this company is in business for so many years strengthened our confidence in the product, which we purchased.
We enjoyed dealing with him very much and will definitely recommend him as a sale representative for your project. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.
