Wiggins put in our well 17 years and it ran perfectly. I came home from vacation with a wilting and dried yard. I call on that Monday at 8AM and they were there by 9, diagnosed the issue. By Wed noon they replaced the pump and control box in less 2 hours. It was like watching 2 surgeons work together. The price was excellent They showed up on time and had everything they needed. I highly recommend them, Marshall and Taylor. Wiggins.
Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I called as a new customer from a referral on a Friday afternoon due to a burst pipe. The woman who answered the phone sounded extremely annoyed that I was even calling, and made sure to let me know no one could come out so late in the day. I responded that I understood and didn't expect that, but maybe the weekend?
No, they don't work weekends.
Okay, what about Monday?
Well, she only lets them know I need service but doesn't actually do the scheduling.
It has been over a week and I still never received a call. I took my business elsewhere.
Update - Clayton called after seeing what happened and provided a genuine apology. I will likely reconsider using them in the future.
It was a pleasant experience, I recommend this company 100 %. we were without water, same day i called around 8am, they call me back, and was here the same day around 9am! he was very polite, professional and punctual! Give us an estimate and told us what was wrong with our well pump he was very honest and straight to the point. We decided to change everything the pipes, the motor! he definitely knows what he is doing! we were very happy with his work and the price he gave us to change everything was very reasonable priced, if we ever need anything for our well pump we are definitely going back to Wiggins brothers Well Drilling! What a pleasant experience! We had the priviledge of meeting and working with Clayton Wiggins. He gave us an estimate and the final bill was on the low end of the estimate. He replaced our well pump, all the pipe and plumbing, and electrical gizmos. He showed up on time, called for help when he needed it, finished the entire job in a day and left the place looking better than it did when he arrived. I could NOT be more pleased with Wiggins Brothers and will cetainly recommend them to any who ask.
The final bill was $3,500. The pump he installed has an MSRP of $1,400 plus all the other plumbing, electrical and labor for an all-day job. We got quite a bargain!
