Whistle Express Car Wash

I don’t recommend using this car wash at all. I have gone to other car wash centers, and purchased a basic wash, and my car didn’t still have a significant amount of dirt left on it. When I arrived Josh who claimed he’s a manager doesn’t greet you, he just walked up, and didn’t tell me anything about why he was there with a card reader to take the payment. He doesn’t actually have any people skills or customer service skills at all. I was actually surprised when he said that he was the manager. After leaving the wash section my vehicle was left with a significant amount of dust in certain areas. His claim was it’s because I should have paid for a more expensive wash. I literally was able to run my finger across the dusty, and it came right off. I even showed him the other side of the car, and he said it’s because the other side of the vehicle was not as dirty, so the car wash brushes were able to get the dirt off. I told him that I was not satisfied with the wash, and he said the same answer again that the wash should have been a more expensive wash for the car to become cleaned. It was my first time at this car wash and I won’t be back. It shouldn’t be that someone has to buy a high priced wash to get off regular surface dirt that could come off with my finger or towel. I didn’t even have to apply any pressure to remove it either. I voiced to him that I was not happy, and wouldn’t return, and there was no empathy or customer service satisfaction for any of my dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Been coming to this car wash for couple of months now and always have a great experience! Staff is always courteous and friendly! Brandon is the one who set up my membership, was professional and knowledgeable, and walked me through each option so we could find the right one for me. Highly recommend.

Had to come back, apparently TEXTING and going through the car wash is a solid no. I’ve been here before and I’d LOVE TO SEE ONE ON THE NORTHSIDE OF JACKSONVILLE!. I can’t become a member because I don’t know how often I’ll make it to the CLOSEST LOCATION NEAR ME. Overall, always satisfied.

Diamond+ Member & This is a Terrible location! Driveway doesnt make sense, easy to crash & not consistent with other Whistle locations. ALSO this time flupped BOTH of my mirrors the opposite, NEVER did this happen at another site, SO put my car at risk to open window quickly to flip back around OR would have busted my $1000 side mirrors & cameras NEVER AGAIN!!! with this location!!, LOVE University good staff & not locked member side!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. An employee named Brandon pretended to be the manager and approached me in a very aggressive manner. He stopped me while I was grabbing towels and spoke to me as if he was arguing or fighting with a customer. His tone was unprofessional and confrontational.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone claiming to be in a management position. I hope the actual management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training.
