I can’t say enough great things about Wet Out Restoration. They came out so quickly when we needed help, and from the start, Charles was absolutely fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the entire process.

He went out of his way to make a stressful situation feel much less complicated than it actually was. Charles also helped us connect with other resources needed for repairs and even assisted with navigating the insurance process, which was a huge relief. His knowledge and honesty truly stood out, and it was clear we were in good hands.

This is a very honest, reliable company that genuinely cares about their customers. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing restoration services. 10 out of 10!

Matt and Austin were very kind and listened to all my questions. They did put me at ease in that they were available for any further questions I had. They responded extremely quickly to my water problem. As stated they made sure I knew that they were available around the clock. They came to check that the equipment in place there was adequate for the job the next day.They were very professional. They connected me to the other companies I would need to finish and complete the damage done to my home. I do live in a condo and the water damage did go to the unit below me. Matt and Austin were able to inspect that unit and were hired to restore the damage in that unit too I would definitely use them again if I needed them for another project. I highly recommend them.

Kevin Stanley pointed out additional hidden mold that the air condition company didn’t correctly seal the piping after they installed my air condition unit.
He went above and beyond and saved me a lot of future mold problems which I am grateful to him. Kevin and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable with explaining everything step by step. Great team work. Highly recommend

I had a plumbing leak and called Wet Out Restoration to handle the drying and demo work. From start to finish, they were great to work with and made a stressful situation so much easier. Andre and Greg were both professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure my home was clean and safe before they left each day.

There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but what really stood out to me was how the owner personally got involved to make things right. He was extremely professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a business where the owner takes that kind of responsibility and pride in his work.
