We hired Westshore to renovate our bathroom and they did an outstanding job from start to finish! It was a big project and it was completed on time and the finished product is exactly what we wanted.

Was a frustrating experience. While their product is good getting satisfactory results took a bunch of phone calls. Did receive an apology from their owner and his operations manager for the confusion on the installation. I was told they would take care of us that was a hollow promise. Was a charged a processing fee on my credit card payment. I had offered to pay by check but the owner was unwilling to wait as it was year end. The installers showed up on day one upset as they had not been told our house was a 2 story. They blamed the estimatator. Next they told me we were a window short. That wasn’t true but it took me two phone calls to straighten things out. A second visit was required to complete the installation almost two weeks later. West Shore promised we would be first on their list that morning, they showed up at 1:30 pm as I was leaving for a Doctors Appointment. We had talked about not taking down screens on the pool cage yet when I got home two were flapping in the breeze. The installers promised to call me if they needed to remove panels never happened. Did anyone from West Shore do a follow up call to see how things went ? Nope ! The final straw I asked if I could make final payment after the first of the year when I could pay cash. The owner refused. West Shore had come recommended by 2 neighbors. I have two more neighbors waiting on my recommendation. Sorry I can’t in good conscience recommend West Shore.

Everything was great from the initial estimate to completion of the job. Bahama shutters look great and hurricane fabric installation went smoothly. Great employees.

Alex was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He called to update me on his arrival and he was here as scheduled. He installed the hurricane fabric and made sure it fit perfectly and we were happy with the results.I definitely recommend Westshore Construction Corporation!
