The Well Doctor came out to our home the day after Christmas and was extremely thorough and helpful regarding my well set up system. He was patient and diagnosed the issue immediately. I recommend this business to anyone with future well issues or if you need proper education. Thank you Dee and team for helping us out during the holidays!
The service was terrible. When they arrived, they started pumping out the septic tank but didn't remove any of the contents because there were pieces of concrete inside. They still charged the full amount without removing anything. I don't recommend them at all; their service was awful.
Dee saved our business! Came in the nick of time after our well pump froze from the coldest night in Jacksonville, Florida in a very long time. Got us up and running before clients came the very next day. He can do water purification and septic too. Highly recommended!
The water at my rental property stopped working on a Tuesday night at 5pm. I called these guys and they were there in the hour ! They worked till 10pm and got the water working again, I was so relieved. Then the next day the water stopped working again due and they came right out and fixed it free of charge. Very nice people and great work ethic. I appreciate the service they gave and would definitely call them again ! Very responsive and friendly and knowledgeable!
Dee showed up quickly to help me get my water back. Went straight to work. Had me fixed up and running like a sewing machine in a matter of no time and all for an extremely fair price given that I was told by 3 other companies that they couldn’t help me late in the afternoon!!
