Sooooo I am not the one to leave many reviews but when they’re done it’s usually because I am a completely satisfied customer and that I am. Today I visited Waves and from the moment that I pulled up until the moment I pulled away I was greeted and treated with kindness. Not to mention the service they provided. I got driven a local residence to wait in the comfort of home. The owner and his wife are both welcoming and even one of the employees said they were a pleasure to work for so that says a lot. Being my car was an embarrassing disaster the outcome was beyond my expectations. Arthur (sorry if that was misspelled) did an OUTSTANDING job in making my car feel like new. His work doesn’t go unnoticed and I greatly appreciate it. I will absolutely be a returning customer. It’s so nice to get great service for a reasonable price. Thank you! See all on Google ↗I was genuinely shocked by how good the service was here. I just did a normal drive-through wash and expected the usual in-and-out experience, but after the wash they had multiple employees wiping down my truck by hand and shining the tires.
The level of attention and customer service was way beyond what I’ve ever seen at a car wash. My truck looked great, and the staff was fast, friendly, and clearly takes pride in their work. Easily the best car wash experience I’ve had in Vero Beach. I’ll definitely be back.
I took my car to Waves today and had the most wonderful experience from start to finish. I was greeted by Christian, who answered all of my questions so patiently! He did an amazing job on my vehicle! I wish I would’ve taken before pictures because the work he put into my car to get it looking the way it does now is beyond impressive! The gal in the front office was super attentive and helpful as well. I will be a return customer for sure!
Took advantage of their detailing services. 2 step paint correction, on a full size Sierra GMC, black paint, and it litterally looks like a brand new car. Could not recommend enough, Brian does fantastic work.
Just spent $42 for a car wash and they did not do a good job. There are water marks all over. They didn’t dry properly. Crumbs still in cup holder.
