We received great customer service from start to finish. Luis was instrumental in helping us select every detail for our home, and we are absolutely satisfied with the quality of the products. What truly set him apart was his personal touch, he even hand-delivered a holiday cake to our home! We are incredibly grateful and will be returning customers for any future needs.

Non existant customer service. They send an automated email saying they will reply to you in 24-48 hours and that simply is not true. Its been 5 days and nothing. Shameful.
