After the fact found broken lights by our garage doors /white residue on lanai deck which peeled the paint off when I cleaned it off had to redo windows they were streaked with special cleaner! Informed Warren and he said he would come back haven’t heard from him! Sent him the pictures of damage! Very disappointed! BEWARE! In response to Warren, I did not see the broken light furst walk around and my husband couldn’t walk around and did not see the residue til it dried and left a white powdery coating! We both had flu a few days later and didn’t see it til we recovered hence the delay in contacting you! You promised to come back to replace the lights and paint the lanai and then didn’t respond further hence the review! And YOU are the only one we called and then cancelled and called again and told you to keep your discount if 10% we felt bad cause we had to cancel twice because if medical concerns!

After that, I had a very detailed written estimate and any questions I had were answered right away. The job they did was excellent. Everything looks so clean, it almost made the house look new again! Upon completion, again, I had communication as well as them asking how satisfied I was with their work. We are very pleased with the results of the cleaning, sanding and sealing of our pavers, front and back. Jason and his associate were communicative, polite, on time and professional. They took great care in cleaning a few rust spots and kept the impact of loose sand minimal to our yard.
