First of all I if I could rate this business 5+ stars I would. I noticed water pressure in the morning was much stronger than normal. I went out to Well and found that the points appeared to be stuck and that the pump was running continuously. I cleaned the contact points and it seemed to work appropriately but I did notice the switch appeared rusty and old. I called Kelli around 9am, explained what happened, and asked for an appointment to have it checked out. I emphasized it wasn't an emergency but she still came out that afternoon, and after checking it out changed out the old pressure switch and ensured it was operating correctly. Great service, reasonable price, and excellent customer service. Whenever I need service again Warensford Well Drilling will be my only call.

Absolutely the best service!! We were very happy with everything! Kelli and Thomas got it done ASAP showed up on a Sunday and got our water on and running...we couldn't of been more pleased with the outcome:) Customer service was excellent!! They explained everything in detail and were efficient and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend!! Very helpful as well informing us of ways to keep everything functional for the long run. We had Kelli perform a well inspection for a house we are considering buying and she was fantastic! When I first spoke with her on the phone to schedule she was very accommodating and said she would arrive at the same time as the home inspection to make it easier for everyone. She was punctual and extremely thorough during her assessment. She explained everything to me in person on-site and also wrote up a very detailed report with options to consider. I would absolutely recommend utilizing Kelli for all of your well inspection/drilling needs!
Everything about our experience was professional and easy process. My first contact was regarding my system with seemingly low pressure and a filter that was on the system that I was not familiar with. Keli asked for pictures and the discussion went on from there. She assessed the situation and made recommendations. She was at my home a few days later and pulled the pump. It was past its prime. We opted for a pump replacement, change out of PVC piping to steel and a new tank. It was an excellent experience. Thanks Kelli and Rick!!
