These folks are fantastic. Have been using them for a few years and they are great but they have a new tech, John, and he truly cares about providing great service. Great hire and I highly recommend the company. I use them for my annual generator maintenance which gives me great comfort going into hurricane season. John made sure everything was working perfectly!

Customer Reviews
See all on Google ↗We were very happy with the service provided by Jamie and the people at Vortex.Jamie was professional and prompt to respond to our initial inquiry.Once we decided to go with Vortex they were able to install our Briggs and Stratton generator without delay, a week and a half from signing.
Vortex was most helpful putting us in contact with Gilbert propane, a good local family owned business. After the install, Jamie took the time to go over the equipment with us and provided his contact info for any future questions.
Very nice people. Great service. Tina the manager is a blessing.
Vortex is an EXCELLENT company. I have worked with Jamie and his team for 9+ years. Jamie initially serviced an existing Generac unit and several years later we replaced it with a larger Briggs & Stratton unit. I am enrolled in their annual maintenance program and have never had any issues with either their office, service or installation staff. Everyone is most helpful and promptly responds to any problems / issues that may arise due to the weather, Duke Energy or my "forgetfulness". I often recommend Vortex and have only heard "positive reports". Hope this helps... hurricane season is upon us!
One of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Teresa I. The office is the rudest, most incompetent person ever. This company lacks integrity and professionalism. Also referred us to a propane company they highly recommended, which turned out to be an whole other issue and couldn’t even tell us what the proper code was for our county or city. The owner of that company would not return calls. When this issue was brought up with Jamie he stated he didn’t know the code either, nor did he bother to try to get the owner of that company to contact us. Why on earth doesn’t Janie know the codes if it pertains to something he is selling, and if he’s consistently referring this company wouldn’t he want to discuss with the owner why he wasn’t returning calls. Between Teresa being so unprofessional and the lack of communication and professionalism this has been a horrible transaction
