Very poor customer service! Once you get the solar panels, they don’t answer your calls or texts when you need technical support. I do not recommend this company. We regret getting the solar panels from them.
DO NOT PURCHASE! THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR CALLS/NEVER CALL BACK. WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THEM FOR WEEKS/HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES AND NO ONE EVER CALL BACK. PROMISED WE WOULD GET A BIG TAX BREAK, NEVER GOT, SAID WE’D PAY NO EXTRA FEES TO FPL, STILL GET CHARGED BY FPL. WOULE PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD.
I am very disappointed. I have been trying to reach out to someone via email and calls for weeks regarding my solar panels. I’m paying 140 month for my solar panels and still pay over 100 through peace river. I have been reaching out for service to check my panels with no responses for weeks. I want my solar panels removed now! This has been the worse experience of my life.
This is a scam do not purchase… Joel came to my home and lied he said I would no longer get a electric bill you will still get a bill along with the bill from them and once they get your service they no longer answer the phone and refuse to talk to you I am paying more now for electricity then I did before I got

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
My wife signed up with US Solar after being promised by Chris Tshibangu, Senior Energy Consultant, that my monthly payments would drop significantly and that the panels would be powerful enough to provide constant electricity, even if 15 people lived in the house. Those were his exact words. The reality? Total lies.
We are only 4 people in the house, yet I constantly lose power because the panels cannot handle the demand. On top of that, I’m stuck paying a huge LCEC bill AND the monthly solar panel payment. Instead of saving money, I’m paying double.
For months, I’ve been sending emails, texts, and making calls to both Chris Tshibangu and US Solar. Neither have resolved anything. Every time I reach Chris, it’s a different excuse. When I call the company, they either don’t answer, or they promise to call back but never do.
Chris also promised me that I wouldn’t have to make ANY payments during the first year because he would personally cover them. It’s been 10 months, and he only covered two payments. Now, he completely ignores my messages and doesn’t return my calls.
US Solar is a company that lies to make the sale. They will tell you whatever you want to hear, but once you sign the contract, you’re on your own. They don’t honor their promises, they don’t provide proper customer service, and their so-called “consultant” is nowhere to be found when issues arise.
⚠️ Avoid this company and Chris Tshibangu at all costs! This has been one of the worst financial decisions I’ve ever made. I’m warning other families so they don’t fall into the same trap.
